Error – Installation of Office 2016/2010 hangs at 90%

Error:

Installation of Office 2016 or Office 2013 hangs at 90%

Solution 1:

Stop Print Spooler

Solution 2:

Terminating wusa.exe

• Stop Microsoft Office Installation (which is not responding or stuck)
• Run task manager (Press ctrl+alt+delete) and click task manager
• Find wusa.exe from the list of processes >> “End Task”
